What would you like to grow?
In the first conversation, we discuss your goal, your current digital setup and the priority scope of work. Send a short brief to get started.
We define the scope together.
Goal and current setup
The first conversation covers your goal, current store or website, and priorities.
Written scope
Deliverables, revisions, schedule and responsibilities are defined in a written proposal.
Separate budgets
Media spend is paid to the platform; agency setup and management are quoted separately.
Questions to settle in the proposal
- Start date, required content and the first phase’s deliverables.
- Reporting and meeting frequency, data sources and evaluation method.
- Account and file ownership, access, maintenance and work outside scope.
- Ending the engagement, notice and handover conditions.
The first phase
Required access and content are reviewed first. The current setup and measurement baseline are recorded; priority implementation and checks are assigned a written schedule. Reporting and meeting frequency are defined for the type of engagement.
Accounts and handover
Account ownership, agency access, deliverable files and handover steps are part of the proposal scope. Notice periods, maintenance and additional work are evaluated against the relevant written proposal.
Communication after your enquiry
We review your enquiry and clarify the next conversation by email or phone. Our existing free digital audit offer is three priority opportunities and a short plan within two business days.
Decision headings in a report
The structure below explains report content; client performance figures are shared in the relevant engagement report.
- Period, market, currency and data source.
- Spend, sales or enquiries, with definitions.
- Cost, data gaps and attribution limits.
- Test performed, finding and decision for the next period.
